Job Position: Senior Project Manager - Site Build Rollout

Job Description

• Senior Project Manager required for planning, executing, and finalizing big rollout programmes within aggressive timelines and budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
• The Project manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing, planning and implementation of big multiple complex, turnkey telecom infrastructure projects within time and quality.
• Responsible for building and developing new bid and project delivery processes.
• Managing cross functional project and program delivery teams and third party suppliers and contractors.
• Managing program, project issue, risks and providing comprehensive progress reports.
• Responsible for project, program stakeholder management and communicating with senior clients up toboard level
• Coordinate and manage tasks between the Regional Project Managers during Property acquisition stage.
• Rollout Planning, Civil Implementation, Operations and Maintenance, Security and other related stakeholders to ensure successful and on-schedule implementation of planned sites. Coordinated the initiation, planning, scope development, risk analysis and implementation of cell sites deployment.
• Reviews all engineering deliverables to ensure project specifications, and design procedures were applied with zero accident tolerance. Hand over Civil completed sites to the Client.
• Contract Management - a team member responsible for maintaining the implementation contract and budget within the specification, procedures and processes.
• Assessment and analysis of Sub-contractor's Tenders for Projects.
• Resolve all Civil, Government and Community related problems encountered on site.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must possess B.Sc Civil Engineering, M.Sc Structural Engineering an advantage.
• Must have formal Project management qualifications PRINCE 2, APM, MSP.
• Must have at least 7 years experience managing Telecom site build Projects.
