A Property Development Company based in Lagos currently has employment vacancies for the following positions:

PLUMBERS

 REQUIREMENT

Candidates must be skilled plumbers with relevant technical degrees and at least 4 years experience in the building maintenance and construction industry.

Proficiency in installation and repair of sanitary ware such as hidden cistern toilets, shower cabins and steam rooms, bathtubs and jaccuzis is essential.

(Applicants who reside within Lekki – Ikoyi Mainland axis are preferred).

BOOK KEEPERS

REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess a HND in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years practical experience.

DRIVER

REQUIREMENT

Candidates must be professional drivers and must have 3-5 years minimum experience in driving.

All candidates must be resident within the Lekki – Ajah axis.

GARDENERS

REQUIREMENT

Candidates must be professional gardener with at least 3-5 years minimum experience in horticulture and candidates must be based within reasonable area accessible to Ikoyi.

CLEANERS

REQUIREMENT

Candidates must have 3- 5 years minimum prior experience and candidates must he based within reasonable area accessible to Ikoyi.
