Secretarial Administrator Job At Non-Profit Organization

A socio-political, Non-profit organization based in Oyo State with a central office in Ibadan seeks to engage qualified candidates for the following renewable contract positions for one year in the first instance:

SECRETARIAL ADMINISTRATOR

REQUIREMENT
  • Successful candidate will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the organisation’s secretarial services.
  • Applicants (Male or Female), aged 35 – 45 must have OND/HND /B.Sc Secretarial Administration with, at least, ten (10) years work experience as a confidential secretary/PN Admin Officer in serious Organisations.
  • Knowledge of Personnel Administration and Strategic Office Management are basic requirements for the job.
  • Applicants must be Computer literate and familiar with all modern office software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills are also basic requirements.
