HR MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Records and documents management;
  • Principles and methods of electronic archiving;
  • Principles of developing and implementing information collection, processing and dissemination procedures;
  • Records management principles ;
  • Communication principles and skills;
  • Rules of construction and organisation of an archives building;
  • Conservation and transfer techniques of documents storage mediums (digital, analogue, audio-visual)
  • Information technology environment (operating system, office suite, application software
  • Have a sound general knowledge; 
  • Abide by the obligations of discretion and confidentiality ;
  • Ability to analyse and synthesize;
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a sense of initiative;
  • Furthermore, the following qualities would be an advantage:
  • Professionalism.
  • Integrity.
  • Duty consciousness.
  • Discretion.


REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have OND/HND/B.Sc in Health Information Management from a recognized institution.
He/She must be registered by the Health Management Information Board and must have a minimum of three (3) years work experience in a registered Hospital.
Required Experience: 2-5 year(s).
