Candidates must have OND/HND/B.Sc in Health Information Management from a recognized institution.
He/She must be registered by the Health Management Information Board and must have a minimum of three (3) years work experience in a registered Hospital.
Required Experience: 2-5 year(s).

- Records and documents management;
- Principles and methods of electronic archiving;
- Principles of developing and implementing information collection, processing and dissemination procedures;
- Records management principles ;
- Communication principles and skills;
- Rules of construction and organisation of an archives building;
- Conservation and transfer techniques of documents storage mediums (digital, analogue, audio-visual)
- Information technology environment (operating system, office suite, application software
- Have a sound general knowledge;
- Abide by the obligations of discretion and confidentiality ;
- Ability to analyse and synthesize;
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a sense of initiative;
- Furthermore, the following qualities would be an advantage:
